Who we are

jobreview.co is a review-link delivery service operated by Contractor Independence Marketing (“Contractor Independence”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We send homeowners a direct link to leave a Google review for the contractor who carried out work at their property, on that contractor’s behalf. We also operate contractor-connector.com, the homeowner-facing side of the same service.

What we hold

The contractor you worked with provides us with the details needed to contact you about their job:

We do not collect government identifiers, payment details, financial account information, or health data.

How we use it

We do not use your information for advertising, retargeting or profile-building, and we do not sell it.

SMS messaging — A2P 10DLC disclosures

Mobile information disclosure
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Program. Review requests sent on behalf of the contractor who completed work at your property, following a conversation in which you agreed to be contacted.

Message frequency. Varies. Typically one to three messages relating to a single completed job.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages.

A message looks like this:

Hi Sarah, thanks for chatting just now — here’s that review link for Red Rock Roofing: https://jobreview.co/r/1234567
Reply STOP to opt out.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or email max@contractorindependence.com. Opt-outs are honored across every campaign we operate, not just the one that messaged you.

Links and click measurement

Review links we send use the address https://jobreview.co/r/<reference>. When you tap one, we record that the link was opened, the time, and basic technical information sent by your browser (user agent and IP address), then forward you to Google’s review page for the contractor. This exists so we can tell a delivered message apart from one a mobile carrier blocked. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or cross-site trackers.

Who we share with

Never with data brokers, advertisers, or affiliates for their own marketing.

Retention

Contact and consent records are kept for as long as needed to evidence compliance with messaging regulations, and then deleted. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely — that is what stops us contacting you again.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined by California law.

To exercise any of these, email max@contractorindependence.com. We don’t require an account and we’ll act on the request without charge.

Children

This service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and publish the revised version at this address.
